Cost Management

We pride ourselves on managing project costs as opposed to merely reporting them. As a client you would receive monthly financial management reports providing you with a desktop overview of the project financial performance.

Management of preliminary design stage

ensuring that needs are accurately addressed through design and that a definite and well-communicated procurement programme is devised and followed through. Workshopping designs with client decision-making bodies is essential at this stage.

Management of detailed design

Upon formal acceptance of preliminary design, the production of detailed design drawings, information and specification is prioritised and managed including a thorough review of all design information to ensure conformity to local conditions, market availability and practicality – keeping the objectives of the client at the forefront at all times.

Procurement

Management of the final stage of the procurement plan including review of design and procurement documentation to ensure that all risks are recorded, mitigated or reduced if possible and that procurement achieves the desired primary and secondary objectiv

Construction project management

this is the longest and most critical part of the project cycle. Management of all stakeholder relationships that have the potential to impact the project, engagement from the lowest levels and quality assurance form some of the essential requirements.

Close-Out

Ensuring accountability and providing the user with the relevant information and training to effectively maintain and maximise the lifespan of a given infrastructure asset are the key focus areas at this stage.
